The Bill (Reg. No.5056) introduces amendments to the Budget Code of Ukraine and the Law "On Associations of the Local Self-Government Bodies" that specify the sources of formation of the property in the ownership of the associations of the local self-government bodies and regulate other issues of their activity.
According to the Committee members, the Bill envisages governmental financial support of the statutory activity of the national associations of the local self-government bodies at the expanse of the State Budget funds. The Cabinet of Ministers shall determine the procedure and criteria for defining the rate of the financial aid of the statutory activity of the national associations of the local self-government bodies.
